Josh was great and super helpful from the moment I walked through the door. This was my first car buying experience through a dealership and he made me glad I chose Northtowne. I had looked around elsewhere and received nowhere close to the great customer service and helpfulness as I did with Josh. Even when I wasn’t at the dealership, as the car I wanted wasn’t 100% ready, he kept me updated and did everything he could to help me find the right vehicle. More than anything else, I highly recommend Josh and the Northtowne VW, Mitsubishi, and Mazda.
Great place - willing to work with you and super service after the sale. I am a first time buyer and Carl Cater did a great job helping me pick out the right car. I purchased my car in May, 2020 and boy I am in love with. Great on gas mileage and drives smooth. Would absolutely buy there again and work with Carl!
