I don't go to Starbucks often. I even told the lady helping me that. I was asking specifically about rewards and all she said was yeah order through the app. So the next time I went, I walked up to the counter and ask what the wait for mobile ordering was, and she says oh we dont do mobile ordering here at this location and continued what she was doing without further assisting me. I was upset because she didn't take the time to explain the rewards or tell me what they participated in or anything. She was to involved with gossiping with her co-worker to bother caring. I strongly recommend re-educating on rewards and how to treat customers. I won't be back to that location.

They do not redeem birthday rewards because they are part of Hy-Vee. Lame.

You Won't Get What You OrdernMy friend came back at the beginning of November after doing back to back tours in the service. She's obsessed with Starbucks and has gone to this location a couple dozen times. She's now opting to stay away from it and go to Barry Rd. from now on since, out of the two dozen times (I wish I was exaggerating) she's come here, they've gotten her order right twice. She refuses to do anything about it (personal issue I guess) except to travel 15 minutes to get what she wants. This location is less than 3 minutes away from where she lives.
