Today, December 1, 2020 had been to the Chase bank to do a wire transfer and was very lucky to have met the Branch Manager Miss Renee DeLuca.
She is so humble, polite, patient and helpful. Branch was clean, social distancing and everyone was so nice. Miss DeLuca was 5 star, excellent.
Phone just rings then says no one can answer.
It was completely awful. My husband doesn't have a set schedule to get off work. We needed to open an account and he rushed to get off work at 5pm we showed up at This Chase at 5:20pm with 40 min left before they closed and absolutely no customers inside this one lady in a glass room refused to help us telling us we needed an appointment. We explained we rushed to get there because we had no set time to get off work. She said nope she couldn't help us and we needed an appointment. I usually don't like to write reviews for negative experiences but I've never had a bad customer service experience at Chase until now. Hopefully you guys here start being more polite and stop slacking.
I have been banking with them for 15 years. Chase doesn't have many locations and this one needs a drive thru!
Great branch. Friendly employee. The only thing they need is a drive thru!
