Very helpful and quick service.
Always enjoyed the staff. They all are trained very well and are quite courteous. They will always go above and beyond to get the job done, whether it be getting a rental car or catering for a flight. I will always choose Atlantic over any other flight support at MKC.
I have used the airport twice and on both occasions, my luggage has been lost. The first time I tried to understand but the second time I could hear none of it. I went to the supervisor to try and trace my luggage on the CCTV cameras but some of them were not even working. Which airport has spoilt CCTV cameras?
We flew in very late but the guys who helped us unload the King Air were super friendly and offered to bring our cars around. The facilities inside were very nice and had a welcoming feeling.
