There was a bit of a wait but it seems like everyone was sick or hurt tonight! Was a bit shocked that they weren't more concerned with social distancing. I was sitting in a chair and a nurse pushed another patient in a wheelchair right up next to me. The chairs were not spaced apart at all. I was in the waiting room for almost 2 hours and no one ever came out and wiped down the chairs,tables, hard surfaces.They did make you wear a mask and no kids under 16 were allowed and they were isolating everone who may have come in contact with a COVID + person or who was having symptoms. The care I got was decent overall.
Every one was so nice and helpful . Even though my Mom is in ICU and Can't see her I feel she is in safe hands. Thank you NKCH!
