Simply a breeze working with Mark at Heartland, they gave me the best deal on my new purchase and trade in from the start, no haggling and very professional. This dealer is worth the extra drive out of Kansas City, the service was well beyond anything I’ve received from other dealers in town. This is also the first time a salesman sat down and explained all the infotainment systems. I appreciated the time and effort to get me comfortable in my new Jeep. Will be coming here from now on for future purchases, no doubt.
We had looked for a vehicle online and found one we liked at this dealership. Trey (Product Specialist) came highly recommended and he made the whole process easy and enjoyable! Would’ve sold me a car with a bad battery if I’d not asked them to check it. Took about an hour for them to run the test. Ordered a new battery and waited another two hours for it to arrive and have them install it. With all this downtime they still didn’t detail the car ahead of time (they’d also had the car at least a month). After being there for 4+ hours I had to leave for work rather desperately. There “quick detail” still left my car thoroughly matted with dog hair. They were also unwilling to detail it at a later date despite it being their lack of efficiency thats to blame for my car being dirty.nThe salesman was the only halfway decent experience.nThey also claim to be a “fair market dealer” but don’t expect to get anywhere close to fair market price for a trade in, they wanted to offer $150 for a fully functional vehicle.
Had a great experience, walked in looking for a nice Jeep and drove out with a 2017 renegade trail hawk. Jordan aka “the mayor” was an excellent sales rep, I’ve never had such a hassle free experience at a dealership. I’ll definitely hit up Heartland again when I look for my next Jeep!
I was not expecting anything when I walked in because I still owed on my car, but wanted something newer for our growing family and they got me into a 2020 dodge journey in an hour! Super easy, nice & upfront! Will definitely be keep buying ALL our vehicle needs etc. Through them.
