Went from a 5 star to a 2 star. I am so sick of ordering a large fry and getting less than what goes in a medium fry.
The people are rude and usually mess up every time, I'll stick to coffee from now on
The hot cocoa was not mixed. It was all at the bottom. Burritos are like cigars! Our hashbrowns were soggy even. Hot drinks are always inch from the top and cold in 5 minutes. A 20 oz should not be 16oz. We have got really sick the last two times we ate there. It is like it all drips grease. The muffin and applefritter are good. But, 2 something? Sweet tea is good...
When I went the computers were down. I know this is normally a stressful situation for all crew members and an annoyance for customers. The crew was very professional, friendly, and quick and had a great attitude like it was just another work day. Thank you and great job.
