My experience with Gladstone Storage has been great so far. I was going to go with a big name storage company, but I decided to support a local owned business instead. The rental process was very smooth and the service agent was very helpful. I definitely recommend Gladstone Storage.

I called Jamie shortly before they closed as I found out I needed a storage unit at the last minute. She was able to find me what I needed right away! Within 3 hours Sam was able to get me the key to my unit and made sure everything was up to par. Sam was so caring and wanted to make sure I was safe while I quickly checked out my storage unit. Everything was so last minute, but Sam and Jamie made the process so smooth!! I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Gladstone Self storage! Everyone I dealt with was all amazing. Outstanding customer service. If I ever need a storage unit in the future this is where I will go. Also there prices was great.

I can’t say enough about this company and the team. I made a huge move from out of state to the Kansas City area and was overwhelmed with trying to find storage. I called Gladstone and spoke with Jamie who was so kind and patient with me. I probably called her back five times with questions, she got me I touch with Sam who again was amazing! It goes without saying I chose Gladstone. Sam went out of his way to reach out to me and talk to me and meet me at the storage and go through everything with me.nThis is a class act group!! I never worried about my belongings, the security or anything. I knew I was in great hands with a truly hands on team. They know their, business, properties and will go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of.nIf your in need of worry free storage this is it!!!

This facility is under new ownership. They are doing an amazing job now and their customer service is excellent. The old company (management) was absolutely horrible but that is no longer the case with the new company.nnSo if anyone had a bad experience in the past I recommend that you give the new ownership a chance. You will not be disappointed. I have been renting a unit there for going on 6 years and couldn't be happier now. Sam does a great job!
