Excellent service, Mark and his guys have taken great care of my boat the last 2 years while stored for the winter and considering putting my corvette there as well. Great prices and great people.

I've had my boats at Subtropolis for about three years now. These guys are great. The facility is clean. The air is conditioned well - there is never any mold on anything. The ceiling does occasionally let go of some of the coating but the guys sweep the floors regularly and even sweep off my boat covers which is an awesome touch. I keep two boats here; our bow rider and our bass boat. When one is out, the other stays at the caves. They let me plug in my boats so the battery tenders keep the batteries full. I love the controlled environment, the constant temp and the level of security. My boats sit in the cool temps, in the dark and under lock and key. Nobody can go to their vehicle / boat / trailer un-escorted so I have no qualms about leaving my electronics and other gear on the boats. I've seen them help people who aren't super great at towing by bringing their trailer close to the door for a straight shot out. It's great customer service and it makes me feel good knowing that someone who is unskilled won't clip my boats. The only challenge with the facility is access because you are limited to their operating hours.nnIf you store here, call ahead to ensure you can get to whatever you keep here. Sometimes everyone wants in or out at the same time and their bandwidth is limited.nnI recommend this place to anyone needing storage.

I kept a 24' boat here for several years until I sold it. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the people as well as the quality of facilities. Great place!

Sad time of the year when we have to put the boat in the caves. I would highly recommend nice clean safe and secure.
