I hate to post a 3 star bc the smoothies are great however be prepared to wait. I’ve been hoping it would get better but over the past 6 months the wait time has just gotten worse. It went from 10 minutes in line to now 15-20 minute waits.
Got in line with I’m guessing 4 cars ahead, 10 minutes later they finish the first guys order. 2 minutes later, they take the order of the person in front of me. And we finally get to leave cause we don’t have 40 minutes to waste sitting in a car. Waiting in this line really just messed everything up with my night so I’m just frustrated…
We love smoothie king and this is first time we've walked up to window...bad idea and will not do it again. Could see that primary concern was for drive thru. The kid did the best he could but really poor planning on how they delegate.
Sooooo sloooow....... If you go here and there are more than 2 cars in line, expect to be sitting in the line for 20-30 minutes every time. I am not exaggerating. I don't know what the problem is but whatever system they have going on in there clearly doesn't work. ( It's abundantly clear that they are not staffing enough employees.)
