I ordered from this Jimmy John's for about two years when I was managing a business in Liberty. Their delivery speed was excellent, the food was always well made, and the orders were always correct, with only one exception when I had ordered a Diet Coke and they delivered a regular Coke.nnThe drivers were always courteous and polite, and the few times I had to call in to the store (I ordered online), the people on the phone were great as well.nnI've been in-store a few times since the store I managed closed, and I found the store to be clean, the staff to be very nice, and the service to be excellent.nnIf I have to ding them for anything, it would be that the music in the restaurant is a shade loud for carrying on lunchtime conversations, but that's an opinion call.

Food is great, but unfortunately none of the staff is wearing a mask. COVID-19 still exists. Please take precautions while serving people food they put into their mouths!

Charged me a 2.50 fee for curbside pickup then waited 10 min for them to take it off finally went in to wait 5 more mins to have a manager do it on a computer only to be given a piece of paper saying it will go back in my account in 3 days. Couldnt I ha e been told that in the first place?

I've always liked Jimmy John's. Had to try the new spicy Italian. It was pretty good, but it wasn't too spicy. That's just the way they make it. The trick is you have to go back and ask for more peppers. Then, it's just right.
