This location just keeps going downhill. After our visit a few days ago, we won't be going back. We placed a pick up order for 2 large subs. 20 min after the order was placed we went to pick up and had to wait another 20 min while we were there. Then instead of getting 2 large subs we were given 1 large and 1 medium. The subs came with bacon and there was no bacon. The requested dressings were also not on the subs. The last few times have always had some issue but this was the last ridiculous one for us.
First time having their food. Asked staff for suggestions and they were great. The manager was very personable and very professional as was her staff. The food was wonderful. Thank you for the great service and suggestions for food.
I don’t usually leave reviews but the employees were very kindhearted and I wanted to share. I placed my order thinking it was curbside pickup; having my newborn baby in the car with me that was perfect but I read incorrectly and I should have gone inside to pick it up. I called and a gentleman answered and I explained with my newborn baby I can’t come inside and asked if he might be able to bring it out, and without hesitation he did! Thank you so much!
Seriously the best sandwiches ever. I never go anywhere else. The Italian is to die for. I like this location. Never have any issues.
