Clean, friendly staff, and great water aerobics classes. You don't have to be a member to join the classes. Reasonable fees and even a Clay county senior grant.

Great gym been a member for 15 years. Employees are friendly, always clean, a variety of equipment, well managed. A variety of people utilizing the facility. Great asset for the community.

I was a member for years but had to stop going since the exercise area was always so hot, thermostat set at 74! And too many older people just sitting on the bikes drinking their coffee and talking with friends, very annoying, it’s not McDonalds!

The swiming pools are amazing has enough space for everyone. there swimming classes are also great that is were i learned to swim. in the first week of swim class i was scared to go in the water in the last week i was jumping of the divingboard i highly recommend this place
