I moved to the area from NYC and was convinced I wouldn't be able to find a spin studio like the one I left behind - BOY was I wrong! After only a few classes, I was so hooked on the community and energy from Anna and the entire Cycle of Heart team, that I became an instructor myself. The power of Cycle of Heart isn't just that you grow physically stronger - you also grow stronger inside your heart and your mind. I can't recommend Cycle of Heart enough! And if you're hesitant, your first ride is totally FREE. You truly have nothing to lose!

The 2 women that opened this business are a JOY to work with. They have 2 concepts in the same space, spin fitness and chic clothing. I am a commercial real estate agent and had mainly worked with Anna Alessi. Not only is she business savvy, but you couldn’t find a more genuine, caring and positive person, TRULY!

If you are looking for an uplifting, judgement free, over all 'make you fell proud to be you' place to get some exercise please try Cycle of Heart! First class is free and you'll be hooked! The classes are small and the instructors know you by name. It'll be a sweaty ride that definitely gets you out of breath but you'll be so glad you went to a class!

I absolutely LOVE this studio!!! Until I started at Cycle of Heart, I had never been to a spin class. Anna (the owner) and her whole team make you feel so welcome and get you all set up and comfortable for your first ride. Their space is CLEAN, intimate, and very comfortable. Cycle of Heart is more than just a spin studio, it is a community!!! You will get an amazing workout, but also leave inspired and proud of your body!!nnSo many options for classes and class passes as well. This is great for me because my schedule can be pretty all over the place.nnIf you are looking for a great workout with awesome people that accept EVERYBODY, then you have to visit Cycle of Heart !!

Guys! This is so much more than a spin studio. It’s a community! I have made incredible friends here. When spin class is over, we hang out for a while just talking. The workouts are amazing, the instructors are empowering, the music is pumping! I can’t say enough great things about this place. Free shoe rental, first class is free so you can try it out. Come ride with us!
