I love this gym so much! The teachers at the kid club are awesome and because of it my kids always look forward to going there. Anytime they have a birthday it’s on the calendar! Cheryl at the front desk literally makes my day every time I see her. She always has such great energy to get my workout started off right. I am there a lot, and I genuinely love all the people that work there. They care about their members, and are always willing to help in anyway. It’s become home to my family.
EDITING MY OLD REVIEW. Upgrading to 5 star. New Manager Jason is on it, on everything.!!! Truly genuine person who cares to connect with all members, all the time. Stuff is always clean, always. Jason is super responsive, and has a strong desire to make people happy and wants them to feel like Genesis is their home. This may sound weird, but it’s like a second family up their and I don’t even know most of their names.nIt was a revolving door between the various franchises and now has stability with friendly faces. I finally introduced myself to management after being stand offish as I wanted to thank them for their improvements. I always get a warm fuzzy when I see the club manager and staff going the extra mile.nnHighly recommend for all types of people, they have so many options here.nnWhat I find so encouraging is that they offer solid advice and solicit feedback as Jason/Scott/and Jamie want more for this club than I am used to at other clubs.nThanks GuysnnOLD REVIEWnDefinitely not very clean and it seems to have gotten worse. The minimum expectation i have is that they would wipe down the hair off of elliptical, stairsteppers, and treadmill daily. It's been there for about 4 weeks.
Cheryl at the front desk is amazing! She always has a smile on and you can tell she is always happy to be there. I always enjoy seeing her when I walk in there!
The employees here have a way of making Genesis a welcoming atmosphere. They are extremely helpful, giving me lots of advice. I feel very optimistic about my weight loss goals. I'm very happy about the overall improvement of my health, mentally and physically. Thank you.
I love going in there to work out every one is so nice a helpful.and they show me alot of new ways to do a work out if I do not know how to do it. I have to say it a good and great environment to work out.i go in every other day and I love it. That I no alot of kids I went to school whit that go there so I have to say that a big + for me because I am handicapped I have to say a shout out to Ryan to get me started working out are showing me workout machines thank you all so very much.thank you all so much.
