Nichole is the best trainer ever! She has created a competitive safe environment for all ages to come and get a workout that is suitable for their level of fitness. There is no shaming, and no egos too big, but yet there is a drive of fun and competitiveness for any level!
This is my favorite location I’ve ever worked out at & my favorite workout of all time, bar none. The staff and members are so motivating and truly inspire me to want to better myself. This location was already very clean, but since Covid-19 they have upped their sanitation practices and consistently clean every bag/floor/area between each members use of it so that it is always safe!
My husband and I had an appointment for a kickboxing session with a confirmation email outlining the date and time. We showed up for it, and there was no one there and no one answering the phone. We gave up after waiting for 20 minutes or so. Afterwards, I called and left a voicemail. I also sent an email. I have never heard back on either one. Super unprofessional.

I love this place! I've been going for about three weeks now with a friend who's been going for years. The workout is intense and quick, always a little different - and everyone seems to know each other like family. Last week, a co-worker commented on good my arms look and asked if I'd been working out! Dang, that was fast! I had a baby in January and this program is just what my body needed to get strong again.
