Donnie came out and did an outstanding job replacing some damaged siding. Work was done promptly and efficiently. Everything was well explained and priced just right. Pleasant to work with and plan to utilize for other projects we need done.

Kevin was outstanding. He worked quickly and efficiently to take care of a few things we needed to get our house ready to sell.
Homeowner Reviews (05/26/2020)
After finding Mr. Handyman on Home Advisor, I reached out to them to inquire if they would be interested in a project. I spoke with them over the phone and scheduled the work to be completed. Initial impression felt good. They were quick to bid and email me an estimate, price seemed fair, and they seemed accommodating with scheduling.nnHowever, the day of the project the handyman showed up almost two hours late and literally took ~30 mins to complain about the following to me:nn1) How long his last job took.n2) How he hadn’t had lunch yet.n3) How the person who bid the job wasn’t qualified to estimate projects because “he has never completed that type of work in his life!” and how this person continually underbids / underestimates projects. He then proceeded (uninvited) to share multiple examples of such instances.n4) How his work tablet worked / wasn’t working.n5) Walk through my home and moaned about how much work it was going to be.n6) How long it was going to take to get all his tools out.n7) How it was already ~2 hours into my “time slot” and could he just “go home” because he had a rough day, and reschedule the work?nnI had already disassembled the entire living area to set up, prep and clean for the work, but I told the handyman to go home, and to come back the next week to do the work even though it was more inconvenient for me.nnA week later, I had worked through the prior weekend to ensure that I could take another day off work to be home for the handyman. I get a call the morning of saying that they needed to re-estimate the job, that it’s going to take twice as long, and so they canceled my appointment and sent the contractor to a different job. But then asked if I still interested in having them complete the job… maybe rescheduling it again???nnI would NOT recommend Mr. Handyman to anyone.nn— There seems to be an ongoing issue (with what I could gather) with the front office / sales person estimating or bidding projects lower than required to complete the work. I now have a handful of stories to back this up thanks to the handyman.n— Disrespect for my time and convenience.n— Unprofessional. Showing up to my home and complaining about your own company for ~30 straight does not generate client trust or confidence that the job will be done well.n— The job was never actually done. I was repeatedly canceled / rescheduled on.
