The Napa store has a great staff and they have every part you may need. If they don't have it they can get it usually within a day. Dave, in the service department, is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I trust them to service my vehicles and they do excellent work at a very reasonable shop rate. I've had them do oil changes, brake jobs, replaced fuel pumps, radiators, etc. I trust them to do service work on all my vehicles. It is a blessing to have a a parts store and service department like this in Washburn. I no longer have a need to take my vehicles to Bismarck.
Just want to take a second to recognize the outstanding service the folks at the Washburn NAPA (McLean County Implements) provided in our hour of need. We are on the road with our camper behind a 1956 Chev pu headed for BC Canada when a rear axle bearing out. Fortunately it occurred while passing through the small town of Washburn ND where we were able to find a quality auto repair shop. When the people realized our predicament they dropped everything and gave us their immediate attention. The problem was identified and repaired (after sending a driver to pick up a part in another town an hour an a half away) in one day.nnWe travel a lot and have our fair share of mechanical woes and I would rate this particular instance at the very top. Shawn(?), Dave , Sandy (owner) and the rest of the NAPA professionals deserve a hearty thanks from the McMeekins.
