Rick, did a great job responding. He was very nice and came with decades of experience. I had a concern of a receptacle, and he was able to locate two problems with one possibly being a fire hazard I was unaware of. Sounds easy but the problem was located in the opposite side of the house. I was up and running in under a hour. He communicated efficiently and was pleasant with my family. I would highly recommend supporting local companies, and I have already saved his information to use him again when I need a reliable, cost effective, and knowledgeable electrician whom is also the owner.

There a some reviews that say to avoid Rick because he does not always get back to people in a timely manner. After needing him to solve the mystery at my place, it is pretty easy to guess that he is that busy / in demand. He knows what he is doing, and he is great at explaining the issue to you. I will admit it took 4 days after my initial contact to get him to my place, but it was worth the wait. I would use his service again in an instant.

I went on vacation for one month and as soon as i got back to schedule service that was already paid for rick said its past the due date of when i was suppose to schedule service. i bought the house 7/26 spent 2 days in it and went on vacation so no one had access to the home. was on vacation 8/1 thru 8/31. on the invoice said needed to be scheduled b4 8/31 but i didnt even read it till the 9/2 due to it being a holiday weekend. he wont even work with me for 700 dollars worth of repair already paid in full. thanks rick!

Rick came out on a Saturday and arrived less than 30 minutes of my call. I had some items that would shut off without throwing the breaker. Rick showed me exactly what the problem was and replaced the Main within a short time. My Main breaker was the original one which is hard to find. Rick had a replacement on his truck and swapped it out easily. Rick’s customer service was above what I expected , explaining in great detail what had happened and saved me from having and electrical fire as the old breaker had begun to melt. When I need an electrician I will always call L & M . Thank you Rick.
