Most of the QT’s I visit I experience AWESOME customer service unfortunately at this particular QT there is a manager by the name of Rachel who I find to be very rude each and every time that I encounter her. Everyone else there is pretty cool but Rachel gets a huge thumbs down from me.

This QT rocks from the very moment you enter the store. Atmosphere is friendly with smile and all around great service. I reccomend grabing a snack from the awesome kitchen area.
