I would leave zero stars if I could. Very disappointed with the service at CVS on Antioch Road.I called CVS at 4 PM and they told me my prescription could be refilled and ready in one to two hours. I show up at 7:40pm and wait in line with two people ahead of me and by the time I’m at the window it’s 8 PM. The gentleman at the window tells me that my prescription isn’t in the system. Then a lady comes up to the window and tells me I don’t know who told you that it would be ready but no one here did and I’ve been working here for “12 hours” so I’m not going fill it now we’re closed. She tells me my insurance says I need to pay for it and that they wouldn’t cover it which is not a problem at all but nobody called me to let me know that or gave me the option nor told me that it wasn’t going to be ready. The man on the phone told me it would be ready and never mentioned that my insurance wouldn’t cover it. Didn’t appreciate her coming at me like I was lying about the phone call. Waiting in line at the drive thru for over 40 minutes to pick up my son's medication! The car in front of me where in line for Covid testing in the drive thru. You would think after they received the testing swabs they would have been instructed to pull over so ppl behind them could go but nope! 45 mins waiting for them to be done.
This store is absolutely filthy. Strange that messages over the intercom speaker preach about the customers safety during covid epidemic. But the place hasn't been vacuumed in weeks. So if they aren't vacuuming they aren't wiping down anything.
Great selection and friendly staff
The pharmacy department is the best I’ve ever experienced. The pharmacy technician, Yasmin, was incredibly helpful in getting the cost of our prescription down. -We just moved to this area and I have found my pharmacy!
