We were given an we excellent price on a new Mazda over the phone. We came from out of town and were nervous about what we might find for misleading price or add ons. But all was as promised. No BS, quick and easy transaction. Do not hesitate to recommend this dealership and our salesman, Richard Buschel.

Most people we dealt with were friendly and nice. Got a good deal on the vehicle we wanted. Didn't take a long time for paperwork. Would recommend them if you are looking for a mazda. The only negative thing I would say is that a lot of people were not properly wearing masks during the pandemic.

I've been using the Northtowne dealerships for a few years and they are great. Just bought my first Mazda from Carl Carter and really enjoy it. Car was priced right and clean.

When I pulled in I was impressed on how clean ..fresh...and organized the lot was and their attention to appearance didn't go unrecognized.....then when I walked in i was promptly greeted in a professional yet down to earth way....great place ....great people
