Love Gladstone Auto Sales! if you want to work with an actual honest dealer who stands by his word this is the place! we had first gone to CarMax because I liked all the warranties and guarantees and money back promises they sold us a really overpriced lemon then we had to wait 2 weeks to get our money back as we left we watched them try and sell the same car with a bad transmission alternator to an old couple shameful the car was priced at $20,000 no-haggle pricing only means the customer losses. Gladstone Auto Sales doesn't have lemons! they wouldn't even take our car off our hands because it had too many problems. I offered it to them for fifty bucks! I ended up getting 500 from a junker but it made me feel so comforted that I knew my dying vehicle wasn't going to be used to rip off someone else. thank you Gladstone Auto Sales! you have renewed my faith that there is still some honest people in the world!

BUYER BEWARE - I give two stars because the woman I worked with was nice and prompt with transaction. Although, she did misrepresent the car. Said no issues, no windshield chips or scratches, etc. Took her for her word and received the car with smaller sized windshield chips.. not a huge deal with a used car.. but more important.. 10 seconds of driving it realized it had a bad strut.. which equates to $1200 in repairs that must be done for safe driving. DO NOT buy a car from this dealership without thoroughly inspecting it in person. Seems like they buy auction cars, which often have issues like the strut above. They do not make any repairs.. or even inspect them probably.. just shine them up for pictures (Armor All on top of dirt), and flip them to a buyer. I contacted them about the strut issue to see if they would help with some of the repair and received no response. The near bald tire pictured compared to the rear tire was from the bad strut and a clear clue there was a problem. Video shows loud clunking of bad strut over bumps. Their pictures and claims did not make this clear, and care after the sale would recommend you shop elsewhere.

I had been looking at a CRV on this lot for a few weeks and decided to go look at it in person. My car was having issues so the owners son came to pick me up in the vehicle i was looking at, this was very much appreciated. But when we got to the dealership, I was able to get a closer look only to find that it looked like it had been in a collision. I was only told that if it were, it wasn't reported. I wanted to put down 80% and do a short term finance on the rest only to be told that they could not come down even a penny and on top of that would pay finance charges and i would also need to pay 500.00 to have a tracking device put on the car. I decided not to buy the car and then I was told that i would need to find my own ride home.

We came in to buy a car we saw advertised. Ready to pay cash for a good deal. Unfortunately we were treated poorly from the minute we walked in.nnWe were following COVID19 requirements but the lady helping us treated us like we had ebola.nnNo idea why we were treated like garbage. Will never set foot in here again.

I was very impressed with my experience here. The workers were willing to go above and beyond to get me the car I needed. They even waited after hours. I will shop here again!
