I was approved here with little to no money down and picked out a car and spent the last 27 days being put off and not called back by the manager Mark. The car went to the shop to have a couple of things addressed and 27 days later there still is no car. I will never go back here and would suggest other people look elsewhere as well

Could not give zero stars so 1 is what they get.nI purchased a vehcle from drive time after driving to gladstone missouri from omaha.nAfter 27 days of ownership car is in shop for major REPAIR. At the same time the first payment is due. Have to pay 200 to get car repaired as deductible for extended warranty. First payment is roughly same amount Drive time or bridgecrest not willing to work with me to extended first or help with deductiblenBridgecrest is stating that if first payment is not made by this Saturday I car could possibly get repossessed.nWould not and am not going to promote drive time to anyone and in fact the 3 people who were going to go check them out is no longer doing so.nDo not entertain drive time for any vehicle needs

I bought a car from them less than a year ago. Throught my time with the car I have over $5000 worth of shop repairs done to the car and that's the value of the car. Worst mistake of my life, I thought I could get a reliable vehicle for my family but I was wrong. I've kept up with maintenance on this vehicle and have had the scheduled regular maintenance done. I hope no one ever has this same experience. $16000 left on a money pit.

Fast, easy and most pleasurable experience I've ever had at a car dealer! Drew was down to earth and knowledgeable about what he was talking about. Explained everything and was accommodating when getting me into a car I desired! Jess was also amazing and very friendly! Would definitely go back again and also recommend to everyone looking to purchase a like new vehicle!!

They are a bait and swap type of place. Not only that but they up your interest without telling you and make it so that you have to pay more than the car was worth. They didn't even clean my car and my battery had corrosion on top of it so I couldn't even charge it.
