I work nights and they always take my vehicle right in. The service is quick and all updates and necessary issues addressed or fixed. David Kelly was in charge of my services and I request him because he’s always been super helpful in the past. I love Heartland Chevrolet.nP.S. The comfy chairs for a little nap is very accommodating. Lol.

Heartland Chevrolet was fantastic to work with. We recently worked with Steve Isaacs to purchase a 2021 Tahoe. Steve was a great communicator and made the car buying experience easy. After sharing what we were looking for and realizing he didn't have it in inventory, Steve, found the exact model and color we wanted and got it to his dealership in 24 hours. His communication was timely and informative with no pressure. Steve understands the investment that goes into car buying and even let us test drive the car at home for a few days to make sure it was just right for us. The remainder of the car buying process was managed remotely, which was super easy and we even signed all the paperwork from our home. I would highly recommend this dealership. We worked with Josh. He was a very nice and helpful person. He listened to me when I told him I didn’t want to spend much time at the dealership. I preferred to do as much of the purchase and sale of our vehicular over text and through email as possible. It was a fast and easy sale and purchase. I would recommend driving to Heartland Chevy to purchase your new vehicle.

Outstanding.nnWe decided to purchase our new vehicle at Heartland after several extremely pleasant experiences with your service department on another vehicle. We were not disappointed.nnWe quickly spotted a new car that would be perfect for my commute. Brent Deal worked with us to drive that car, and to find a small upgrade and color change that was at another Chevy dealership in the area. He was thorough but not condescending in explaining the purchase process with various incentives, complete but not redundant in answering our questions, and personable but business-like in completing the deal.nnOur pickup several days later, along with after-purchase contact to insure our satisfaction, was complete and impressive.
