Let me start by saying when a salesperson introduces himself, then lets you take a test drive, AND then just gives you his card in case you have questions you have our attention. There was no “hard” sell here. We left the dealership and my wife said, “No matter what price you find, call Jerry Hall and see what he can do.” Well 2 weeks later and some hard selling SOB’s from another local dealership, I got in touch with Jerry! Not only did he get us the vehicle we wanted, he got us the price we were looking for. No haggling, no hard sell, just peace of mind. Thomas, in financing had all the paperwork ready to go when we showed up to pick up our new car and made everything so simple! We were completely done with everything in less than an hour. There are other dealerships in town but Northtowne has my business. Thank you all so much for making our car buying experience so easy and seamless. Great experience!! I started car shopping with Lorrie this past May and I decided I was not ready yet. I came back last weekend to buy a new car and Lorrie was the best to work with. This was my first car purchase and it couldn’t have been more smooth. I recommend her to anyone looking for a new car, couldn’t be happier!

Made a mistake and went to the wrong VW dealership for my appointment, but they were able to help and get my car serviced no problem! Bobby was extremely helpful and friendly, I'll definitely be coming back. Service was quick and easy!

Buying a used car can be a challenge, not so in this case at Northtowne Volkswagen. I found a truck I was interested in on line, called the dealership and Jerry Hall answered my call. It was a real pleasure working with Jerry on this deal. He was friendly, straightforward and forthcoming on the price. He even arranged to have the car delivered to me the next day as I couldn't make it back to the dealership. Very enjoyable experience.

These guys took good care of me!nNote to future customers there is no Service Express! However they do take a certain number of people without appointments each day. Just don't expect to get in. Please take service express off your website if you haven't offered it in over a year!
