Not all visits to car dealerships end with a purchase, maybe because they didn’t have the right car at the right time. The important thing is how you are treated. At Elite Auto Mall KC, even though I did not find the right car for me, I was still made to feel appreciated for stopping by and giving them a chance, unlike other dealerships that make you feel guilty for not buying. My salesman, Mohammed was professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable and was patient with all the questions I had and allowed me enough time to test drive the vehicle of interest. Although I made no purchase at the time I still recommend others to give Elite Auto Mall KC a try if they are in the market for a used car at a fair price.

SUPER HAPPY!!! very honest and upfront about vehicle info and very friendly very satisfied customer would definitely recommend. So to add to the story after taking car to shop lots of stuff wrong with car what he said was wrong wasn't it was way more major and i had to spend 2000 more to get it fixed so get car checked out before dont take their word for it like i did took me a while to find my post or i would have updated alot sooner

Buyer's beware!! This place is all kinds of shady. They told me once my check cleared they would mail my title. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received it and now they won't take my calls nor is anymore ever at the car lot.
