The management is excellent. They work with you when you need them. However, I'm giving 1 star. Their condition report inspectors tend to give higher grades to commercial accounts than regular dealers even when the same car. Recently I tested my theory after experiencing this for almost few years. I purchased a vehicle from Bridgcrest with a 3.3 CR grade, and then when I reran the same vehicle under my business, it got a 2.0 grade. Be aware of this manipulation. Let management know if this happens to you.
Great staff and very well organized and clean environment. The reason for leaving only 1 star is that the buy and sell fees are ridiculous. They are alot higher compared to other Autions. They charge you 170.00 to buy a 200.00 to 1000.00 car, and charge the seller the same amount for selling it. Use to be one of my favorite auctions. I seller cheaper cash cars on my lot and it makes it hard to make money with the buy and sale fees that high.
Tried to pick up motorcycles. After driving from Wichita found they close the west side at 1pm. What a pos place. They formerly kept bikes on the auto side.
Hey what can you say about Manheim. It's the power house of auctions in the country. Now our little stable is exactly what you think a car auction would be. It's dirty, old and the finest of the finest dealers show up here to buy cars. Ford runs all thier cars out there and they also have a nice bike run. They do great promotions and the staff is top notch. Sit back bid on a few cars and enjoy the show. You can get great deals if you know what you are doing, gotta love Manheim.
