My car journey started out with a bunch of car sales men. Then I met the best one Todd ud83dude09. We were greeted even before coming into the building. Todd is a great guy and pretty transparent. He got me in to a nice SUV that I am happy to call mine. Monthly payments that are not ridiculous. Thanks again Rightway.

I can't express how great this car buying experience was. From the minute you walk through the door it's different from other car lots. Their genuinely helpful and friendly and go above and beyond to get you into a vehicle. The payments are cheaper than others and they work your warranty and insurance into your payments.nnI also have to say that Becky is the best. She juggled the customer's and paperwork like a pro and didn't miss a beat. Very sweet girl.nI highly recommend this lot on vivion. Just awesome!

I would recommend RightWay Automotive Credit to anybody. Todd was very helpful in approving me for a new car loan. I purchased a 2010 Chevy Malibu with low miles, a great warranty and service package, and a loan that is half the length of a regular car loan. I drove home in a clean, newer car and may upgrade with RightWay in the future. Thank you for providing me with a nice car.

I would NOT recommend going with Rightway for you auto needs.nnI got a car through Rightway about 6 months ago and 2 engines later I informed Matt, at this point, I'd just want to go with another vehicle at this point. The regional manager Roy was at an eye appointment conveniently when I called and was unable to be reached. I then called back a few hours later and he suddenly was needing eye surgery and was going to be out for a few days. The vehicle had just went down for the 3rd time and this time, conveniently after I told Matt I wanted another vehicle, the engine going bad was deemed my fault and id be responsible for paying the costs to get it replaced.nnI called choice one (the extended warranty company) and they informed me it wasn't up to the shop or Rightway or Safeway to deem what is not covered and what is covered and they have had no calls about this incident. When calling and trying to get them to file a claim the 'bosses boss' suddenly had to be reached out to for them to try and file a claim.nnNow something that was suppose to help me establish and build my credit has put me over 10k in debt.
