Many things wrong with this place. Last Sunday, I came in for some drinks with my friends. The little girl at the cashier was extremely rude when I decline to leave a tip, even though I was nice with her. She looked like she was 12, too young to work there. She stormed away and started bickering to her coworkers. I was going to leave a couple of bucks in the jars, but after her attitude, I didn't leave anything. I found hair in my drink and I assume it's hers because her hair was the only one not tied up. On top of that, the smoothie was extremely icy, with many ice chunks in it. I was not able to drink through it. We won't be returning.
The smoothies are really goodnBut today i asked for crepes and ice cream and they did not have the ingredients to do it
Never had a bad experience here and I’ve been going for two years.
Used to be my favorite place. Staff workers were always helpful and nice, ever since covid idk if they got new staff but they are rude and never have the stuff we come in for like rolling ice cream and crepes. Just tried coming today at they are closed at 4:46 when sign says supposed to close at 8. Always an inconvenience coming here now smh
It would be nice if they actually opened when they say they would even the sign on the door says 11:30am...I guess GoCha will always be where I go!
