Since it's at Worlds of fun the wait was crazy long. The Turtle that I got tasted nothing like the ones from other locations.
The coffee was fantastic. But 16 shots in a growler made my hair stand up lol.
Caribou is always good, this location needs a bit more oversight. Inside an amusement park I know to adjust the standards somewhat. My husband and I waited for 50 minutes for coffee. It seemed as though the location was extremely understaffed. There were only 2 people behind the counter and a volunteer from Worlds of Fun, who did as much as she could, but wasn't allowed to work the register. I am always hesitant to give star ratings below 3 for fear the employees working there will be held responsible. Everyone was doing their best. This location needs some TLC and it could be well run. There just weren't enough people there to help.
One star is generous. We waited over 30 minutes for 2 drinks with only one person in front of us. After the wait, we realized they gave us a drink we didn't order. Amazing service! ud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2c
I felt generous today. Not even worth one star. Waited almost an hour for two drinks, one of which was just a coffee. The baristas when taking all the time in the world to make drinks even though there were 12 orders stacked up. If you can't make drinks without the written directions you probably shouldn't be working a Saturday at a theme park. Bad look for Caribou.
