Just wanted to thank “Jana” self described as a kitchen girl. I had gone through the drive through and they had forgotten one sandwich. I checked just before leaving the parking lot. So just drove around the building to get back in line. Well as usual the line had now gotten twice as long. I am on oxygen so getting out and walking in is a little difficult and takes time. So this nice employee looked like she was taking her break, and I asked if she could help. She walked over and said she would personally take care of my problem, which she did.nShe took her own time to see what I needed and then took care of making and delivering what I needed.nThanks again to “Jana”.

The staff here was really nice. We went pretty late and they took our order and were nice and got us everything quickly!

Food was hot and service was quick. They were also friendly. Even though they did get my order wrong, they fixed it with no problems.

Usually the McDonald's on N Antioch Rd is pretty good when it comes to my curb side order, but this last time my food was cold. Don't understand how it happened because when you order curb side, they aren't supposed to prepare your food until they know you are there.

Putting a sticker on an old cheeseburger is not ok. This is by far the worst McDonald's we have been to! 1st we were asked to move forward, waited 5 minutes, then asked what we were waiting on. Our order was not complicated 3 double cheeseburgers 1 of those lite ketchup mustard and pickles, as the picture show that is not what I got, even though they clearly placed a sticker on the cheeseburger that was clearly old. McDonald's has went so far downhill, and this incident has has confirmed McDonald's will not be getting another dime from this family. Avoid the McDonald's off Antioch in Gladstone, mo. If you want a chance at good service and fresh food, you won't get that here at any time or day.
