I must say we had the most pleasant experience with the staff at Clouse. We just purchased a 2010 Lexus from them last week. We went on Saturday to look & drive that car and a few others. Melissa was so helpful. No pressure what so ever. Went back on Wednesday & talked with her and the Salesperson Carl. Both were so helpful with no pressure. They were very easy to deal with and warm and friendly hometown Christian environment. Really refreshing to deal with such kind car dealership. We would definitely recommend them.
If I could give zero stars I would. The cars they sell have been totaled. They buy them, fix them up and sell them with clean titles. Don't let the preacher fool you. Even the devil was a wolf in sheep's clothing. Go to trade my car in and surprised that it was totaled in Texas. Here I thought the Reverene was just being gracious.
Lance Clouse was amazing to work with. He goes the extra mile to accommodate the customer. My new car was in pristine shape. He is a very honest man. I will buy ALL of my cars there.
