Nice facility and conveniently located. All paved with 24 hour access. The attendant Jennifer was very kind. Lost a star only because vehicle storage is not allowed.

EDIT: After the owner's response I've changed my review to 4 stars. The doors are still too short for my trailer, but that's not their problem to deal with.nnInquired about a unit here on the 21st (1 week ago), was told that the unit would be 10x20 with an 8' door.nnSounded good, so I paid up, brought my trailer down, tried to back it in, and realized pretty quickly that the door wasn't even 7' high.nnCalled today to cancel, asked for a refund since I'd been told the unit was a different size than it was, and it had only been a week since I signed the paperwork. Staff was rude, offered no explanation for the misunderstanding with the height, and flatly repeated 'no refunds' when I asked how it was ethical to lie about the size of a unit.nnI'm not sure what I can do to make this fair for myself, since it seems like the establishment just told me what I wanted to hear to get me to sign, but never going back seems like a good start.
Fantastic storage facility! Easy to find, secure, staff is top notch! Customer service is great, they have helped me out immediately to a lock I lost a key to and updating my card for payment. Definitely recommend!
