I like going over there, it's a routine!
The trainers are great! High enegery, positive vibes, and their friendly staff put together some of the most intense exercise routines I've ever seen. Awesome stuff!
I have been going to Fitness 4U for almost year and a half and I don't think I would ever be able to use another place. All the trainers are amazing and have become like my 2nd family. The classes focus on different areas each day and have different circuits used each week to ensure that we don't stay in platoe. The way the group classes are set ensure that I will show up once I have scheduled. I highly recommend this place. This is the best investment I have ever done for myself.
Great place, supportive instructors.
I'm overweight and out of shape. The trainer's here are able to alternate the workouts to help me actually do them. They are considerate and helpful. They treat everyone the same, and don't make fun of or belittle anyone. While they make my muscles hurt with the intended workouts, they are amazing!
