It never occurred to me that a yoga studio could become another home and the members become a part of my family. The yoga is just part of the package. Power practice or restorative, there is something for every level. Kind people who really care. A place to reboot. It is the embodiment of all limbs of yoga. Try it and you will keep coming back.
Best yoga studio in town! Everyone is so kind and has a genuine and caring heart for one another. Whether you go to one of the squishy classes or one that works up a sweat, you are bound to leave Sage Studio feeling so much better than when you walked in!
Tried out the 6:00pm Zen class tonight and loved it!! . Ann led a great session. It’s a perfect way to relax, recharge and be ready for your week!
Sage Studio is a great place to practice yoga! EVERYONE there is so kind. I was not self conscience at all. I do what I can do, and am offered different ways to do poses that I can't do yet. I get better at those poses each class. Each teacher is different which I enjoy!
Thoroughly enjoy practicing with a well knowledgeable experience Yoga Teachers. Welcoming to all whom join in. The owner is always willing to go beyond to guide each student to grow in their own practice. I am hooked!
