Benjamin's did some work for me. He arrived when he said did a good job. I was pleased. THAT being said I've called him three times for a another job...he has told me all three times that he'd be there at a specific time. Never called or showed. I would have understood if he'd called. I'd told some people how pleased I was with him. All it would have taken was a phone call to let me know he wasnt going to make it. Unfortunately I'll no longer be able to recommend him. I'm sorry to have to write this review.
Benjamin was AMAZING! My parents had a funky smell in the house and an older ceiling fan that had burnt out. He answered his phone very promptly and worked them in that same day. He replaced the fixture in the kitchen and their bedroom. He was fast, helpful and gave good advice. We really appreciate him. 10/10! Would use again!! Thank you Benjamin!
Very knowledgeable, likeable, and professional. Went above and beyond on a rewire job that snowballed into a much bigger project. I feel more confident in my home's wiring than I ever have.nnHe does take a lot of emergency calls, so if you have a huge project like ours, it helps to have a flexible schedule in case he has to take another appointment. If I had to take off work to meet him at a particular time, it might have been more difficult.
Benjamin came out within 30 minutes of calling. My lights were flickering and my switches weren’t working. He detected the problem within seconds and had it completely fixed within a few minutes. He was very professional and efficient. I also had a broken outlet cover he replaced without me asking!
We tried to use this business. Did not show up. Did not call or text. We texted after waiting 2 hours. Business replied they were sorry and stuck on one job. Would not recommend this business to anyone. Don't want anyone else to have to scramble to get work completed.
