Clean and safe storage for units or RV/Boats.
I don't actually use the storage, but we were passing through on a motorcycle and got caught in a downpour. The owner happened to show up and allowed up to stay under his awning as long as we needed to and was very friendly. It unfortunate I don't have a need for such a service, because I would have no problem doing business with them.
I have been at this storage facility for years. They work with you anyway they can. Good rates. Insurance is a plus. Mandy works there and she is amazing. She is easy to talk to and makes sure you know when your payment is due or even when it's late. I really appreciate her.
Cons: 3nIt's had multiple robberies to one of the customers I know of. He's lost thousands of dollars worth of landscaping equipment in 3 years, and when he'd asked about the cameras he was told that not all of them work. (The presence of downed cameras was supposed to discourage theft.) Also, there is a huge dip in the ground in our storage isle, spanning around 30 or so feet in total length, which fills with water and stays filled for while. You either need to stop over it, let everyone out and then re-park to load, or park farther down where it's dry, which you can't always do because then you wouldn't be in the isle anymore.nPros: 1nThe rent is less than $100.
The staff is wonderful. They call me when they have issues with anything. Made my move simple especially since I was located in a different state. I would recommend this facility to anyone!
