Do NOT rent from this place. You won't get gate codes to access the place for weeks after you have already paid for the units. The units have damaged doors that the owner was notified about the damage and wouldn't fix them. Your stuff will get wet and mold like mine did. Now they won't refund the 100 dollar deposit that was paid on the units that I rented on a month to month basis and always paid the bill on time. Very poor customer service and you never can get ahold of the owner to fix these issues. I suggest renting some where else.
I am writing this review as a means to get ahold of the owner/manager or just someone who can actually get me an answer on why my gate code will not work. I have called 6 times, left 2 voicemails, and 2 emails within the past 24 hrs. I need to access my storage unit and no one can give me an answer as to why my gate code, which I’ve been told is correct, will not work. The customer service I have received is completely unacceptable and the negligent attitude in which this facility is operated calls into question whether or not I made the correct choice in renting a unit with you. Please return my phone call or at bare minimum return an email. I am in need of a storage unit, that is why I rented one from you. Please follow through with the service promised in our rental agreement.
Terrible service-Owner will not return calls.
