Easiest and smoothest car buying experience — hands down! From Mark my salesman to both Campbell brothers, everyone was so accommodating and just so easy to work with. When I went to pick up the car I purchased, Mr Campbell had cleaned the inside of my car while Mark went through every single feature on my Explorer before I left the parking lot. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Campbell Ford!

VERY POOR DISPOSITION AND ATTITUDE!!!! We will never do business with them again. DO Not buy any campers from this place . We bought a fifth wheel back last year and took it in because it started leaking in the front of it and were told that they were not a dealer for the company anymore. Instead of going a little out of their way to help us after spending 50,000.00 with them they were very rude and inconsiderate to even lift a hand to point us in the right direction to get the warranty work started. For a business that has been in business for this long I sure hope that you treat people better on the car buying side of things than you do on campers. People do not waste you time here or money unless you want screwed.

Wife and I just bought our first ever travel trailer today for our 34th wedding anniversary. Brand new 2020 Crossroads Sunset Trail. We highly recommend both Robert in RV sales and Bob in RV service for “over the top” customer service! Robert performed a very thorough “walk thru” and took his time with us and made it most enjoyable for us newbies in this venture. Bob also explained the service side of our purchase including the upgraded hitch assembly. He even helped us right after the dealership had closed for a hitch question I had called about. We just had a terrific day with these guys and developed a genuine friendship along the way. See these guys next time when you shop around for your next RV....you’ll be glad you did. 5 STARS all the way!
