Oh my goodness! What a great Thanksgiving feast! I don’t know how they (Lambert’s cooks) prepared all those carry-out meals without diminishing the quality. I ordered the family meal for 8 and it could have easily fed 12 or more. The meal included a whole smoked turkey, the best mashed potatoes ever, gravy, cornbread dressing, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, beautiful yeast rolls and a pumpkin pie. I also ordered macaroni and cheese.nEverything was absolutely delicious! The meal was a great price at $135.00 (including the extra side of macaroni and cheese) especially since we ate several meals from it.nThe pick up system they had in place worked smoothly. The lady who brought the food out to us was so friendly. Also everything was packaged so nicely to transfer it.nI cannot say enough nice things about our Lambert’s Thanksgiving Feast. They made our Thanksgiving away from home extra special! Thank you to those who prepared it. You are appreciated!

Food and ambiance was good, I loved the pass around, fried okra, fried potatoes and macaroni with tomato sauce. Not a big fan of the macaroni with tomato sauce. I would have given it five stars but I ordered the livers with onions and to me they were not the greatest. I have eaten other meals there that were great.nEither way Lambert is always a good place to take your family out to eat and have a good family time while eating and drinking. I would definitely recommend it if you never been.nPS my kids really enjoyed the rolls that were being thrown.

Lambert's didn't disappoint on what I thought was about to happen. People are bring you food from every direction and it's good. They have a pass on section of the menu which will be given to you directly to your table. The servers will drop off okra, potato's, black eyed peas right to you. The catfish was super tasty, seasoned well and piping hot.nThe best part is watching someone Huck a bread roll across the tables. It's all about the people eating at the time a couple of tables really stole the show. Don't be scared to go long, the server has good aim.

Past visits were great, this one not so much we almost had to beg to get the sides that come with the meal and my food had a piece of plastic in it. I have been in food service and know this type of thing happens I also know that a manager should have visited the table and offer to take the meal off the tab. We went again this year 8/7/20 we were seated in booth in far corner of restaurant 6 of us in our party. Again had a hard time getting rolls and pass around items to our table the guy with the cinnamon rolls was there several times. I think this was the last time I drop 100.00 for a meal at this restaurant.
