We spent a little over $1500 in August on a kitchen table and chair set...even bought 5 year warranty plan. 3 out of 4 chairs came broke, it took over a month to get someone to look at them. When he did the repair man said they wasn't able to be fixed. We called Hometown Furniture to see about replacement, and David Henry verbally attached my wife over the phone so I went in the store to see what I could do. The store manager was there and David was not. so she called him...he then called the police and filed a false police report, David showed up and said terrible things that had nothing to do with our Furniture or $1500 receipt and then told me to deal with Ashley Furniture not him and never to come in the store again. So very unprofessional almost acting like he was on something....who acts like that to anyone who spends that amount of money?? Never would I refer someone to do business there. Also contacting the Better Business Bureau and taking him to small claims court

Steve did an amazing job, he stayed late to help us, well passed their closing hour. He never rushed us and was so nice to my kids as they tried out every sofa in the store. We came in for a bedroom set and left with a bedroom set, a dresser, and an entertainment center but the deals and prices were so good we could not pass on it. First and only furniture store that we went to that was willing to help us out on delivery and cost per item. We will definitely be back in the future.nnWe came in at like 5:00 on Feb 24

David is a great guy who will try to give you the best deal he can. Definitely coming back the next time I need furniture.

I have finally received the couch I paid for in October. I began to think we would never receive the couch we ordered. I paid in cash and just felt like we were stuck. It was helpless feeling. The store did not answer most of my calls. On one particular day they answered when I called from a different number and then proceeded to put me on hold for 27 minutes. In the past 12 months my family has been remodeling a home and buying furniture along the way. In the past 12 months we made purchases at Slumberland, Ashley's Furniture, and Hometown Furniture. Hometown Furniture was the worst experience from beginning to end. Consumers beware.
