Great experience. Although we rented from the Evans St. location, the gentleman who manages this location came to help us get set up. He was very helpful and kind. We greatly appreciate his efforts!!
I have reserved a unit twice on website . Both times I have been told price is wrong on website and they refuse to honor prices listed on their website . I understand website errors however a company should honor pricing at least the second time . I would not recommend
Unlike Ron I have had no issues with this storage facility, I waited to write a review until I actually rented here and I have to say great management and customer service! No problems with the unit!
This place is not done being built yet but it probably won't be long. I have been kinda watching this place get built and I don't like what I've seen. For as costly as the parking stalls are going to be it is being put together very poorly. The metal is thin and put together with screws. There are none of the pieces welded and the metal is very flimsy. Very cheaply built.
I rent at this Facility couldn't ask for better people or facility.nWhatever Ron enjoy your book store.
