The Manager, Dee Dee, was amazing. Having just moved into town, we needed storage fast and we needed a good price because we were low of funds. Dee Dee got us set up quickly and easily. Definitely recommended for your storage needs.
The customer service was great! She was awesome. Would rent here again.nnIt is June 2020 and I'm a repeat customer. Dee Dee is terrific! I made the reseveration online, very quick and easy. I would definelty come back a third time if I need to! I really like this location.
The staff have always had great customer service. Even with things being so hard for everybody in these times. Becky still managed to go out of her way and help me with a past due bill saving me money when I needed it the most. Thank you for being so understanding and helpful. I highly recomend anyone to check these units out and meet the wonderful staff they have.
Dee Dee extended great customer service. She handled our needs very quickly and efficiently. Very professional and clean facility. All staff are great, but Dee Dee was exceptional with regard to customer service!
Dee Dee did a great job of assisting me with all my storage needs. I highly recommend Belton Public Storage. I have never been treated better & I cannot recommend this facility highly enough. Especially the personal assistant I have received from Dee Dee. Shes fantastic!! Give this woman a huge raise :)
