I have rented 3 storage units from u-store in the last 10 yrs. Once for a couple of months, once for 3-4 years and my current unit about a year. Im very please with their service. The only reason I went to another company was because they didn't have any units available. The management is friendly and helpful anytime I need assistance.
Property stays clean and organized even with move in and outs. Drive lanes and aisles are accessable to all size vehicles. Management is on property at all times
The Belton Missouri onsite managers [Malachi and Isabelle] are awesome!! Always available to answer your questions and if not available, their response time is prompt. Storage units are clean and well kept, plus there ample lighting at night around the storage complex.nnOn and off, we've been familiar with the company, so we chose to stay within the same family, when we moved to Texas and the Benbrook location didn't disappoint either. Our relocation move was alot easier and smoother we felt because we were already aware of how the belton location operated so when we arrived at our destination in Texas, the same u-stor company had a location in Benbrook Texas that was operating very similar storage units, security, and management operations, so it wasn't difficult at all for us to go with this location.nnThank you Belton and Benbrook staff!!! Their service has been unmatched thus far plus the process are reasonable and competitive. The advantage I believe u-stor has compared to other storage facilities is that at u-stor, every storage unit is individually alarmed and security monitored.ud83dudc4dud83cudffe
