First time I ever did delivery with them and the experience wasn’t the best. They said about 20min to get our food but it took an hr which is fine ik things happen. But then they forgot my chips so I called and they said they’d send a driver back out, well after waiting two hrs for chips I just gave up and didn’t bother to call back.
First time at any Jimmy Johns. The second star is for service. The man at the window was very helpful and had great customer service. They’d only get one star if not for his friendliness. The order: it wasn’t even what we ordered. It was all wrong. Not even the chips were correct. That doesn’t bode well for my return.
Food is always great, Services is the best there's an employee with the name Brandi that works there and she is the most polite respectable person I've ever met super friendly with the customers and always greet you with a smile I'll go back just because of her
Good food I've ordered online through the app twice and waited over an hour for 1 sandwich both times
I’ve never had an issue before today. I ordered online at 12:12 my order was received. I called at 1 and was told my order was out for delivery even though it wasn’t shown on my delivery tracker and that it was gonna be about 30 more minutes. Fine. Here it is after 2 so 2 hours AFTER I ordered and an hour AFTER I called and no order! After getting our food 2 hours later the sandwiches were clearly made to order and when they got here they were soggy in spots and started to get soggy in others. Will only be doing drive thru orders from now on.
