We tried to order online. When we tried to finish our order it said there was a problem with Dominoes system. We canceled and ordered from another restaurant. When I looked at my account I had been charged 3 separate times. I called the store and asked to have charges returned. The manager said I had to wait 3 - 5 days. This was Dominoes issue and the manager was absolutely no help . Will never use these crooks again.
It was late in the evening. Ordered cheesy bread, we've had it before and our was very good, this time was not the same. Both orders the boxes were greese soaked by the time i got home and i was surprised it had a yellowed not a white cheese on top. The bread is not cut into slices very well haf to recut. Had to ring a bell for staff to come to window. No parmesian to sprinkle on top. Sense this was a special there were no discounts. The staff was courteous. May try again,but will be very specific when ordering the details of food!!
Ordered 10 Wings, what I got was 10 pieces of chicken. Some them small enough that they had to be freshly hatched chicks. When did a order of wings become parts of chicken with bones?nAnd the pizza was dry. Looked like they put a tea spoon of marinara sauce on it.
I ordered a pizza and cheesy breadstix at 1pm for a 5 o'clock delivery. Upon receiving my order the food looked like it was prepared at 1pm and then held in a warmer box till my 5 o'clock delivery. It was dried out and hard, definitely not worth 30 dollars.
Order was placed at 6 16 pm, with 52 - 62 minute delivery. At 6 43 order is in quality check, at 7 42 order is still in quality check, been on hold for 9 43 and unable to reach person to change order to carry out.
