Would not recommend. Came to do a bid at our home. Heard them talking outside before they left in an unprofessional manner. Decided not to use them for this reason. 3 months later charged $225 for the bid. Never told beforehand there would be a charge. Charging for a bid is ok, but to not tell you beforehand and to charge $225 is outrageous. If this is the way they treat you before work is done, I can only imagine dealing with them if work is done. Plenty of Other good electricians out there. Avoid this one.

Heartland electric was amazing.! I called on Monday and got an appointment quickly. Scheduled for Wednesday 8am, the ice was sure to be an issue. I was contacted via text by the electrician, Kent, he wanted to let me know that due to the ice he was going to wait until rush hour ended and then come out. I would much rather he wait too, because no life is that important. He arrive about 10am and was extremely pleasant and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the issue and had it done in less than an hour. Thank you so much and I will be letting everyone know.

The electricians from Heartland Electric had to do a complicated job for our house. They were excellent in their work, efficient in time, and kept within our budget. We will most definitely call them for any electrical work in the future.

We had a large remodel project where they came and gave estimates for the work. The final invoices we 2x’s the bids, a lot of the work had to be redone. They cut corners, example when asked to put electrical outlet in for gas fireplace, they put in the outlet and did not connect it to the on/off switch next to the fireplace. So the outlet was always live. When we tried to come to a reasonable solution on the final invoices their management gave very little concession. Their team was slow and we would never use their services again. They were more interested in their hourly billing vs. producing quality work. Their customer service was poor and invoices inaccurate. If you use them, good luck.

The guy was nice that came out but I paid $83 but everything was still the same. Nothing got fixed. Just was disappointed.
