Worst place ever! Starting at Lady who answering main line. Sounds like she is on fire and know nothing about this place . No one ever smile at you or willing to help. Can't believe they still in car business. They have new rules everytime you go to their auction or to remote sales. Psi and arbitration is a joke. Body shop say will get your car ready in 2-4 days. If you get your car back in 2 weeks you are lucky. But
I drive cars for Auction Services and shuttle cars for Avis to other locations. They're pretty prompt in getting us checked in and out at ADESA when we go through.
Usually I would give a 5 star.nBut not today.nThe comment is below.nnIt is a nice Auction. But, we should not have to walk to get our Vehicle.nThe direction on the hand out map was pitiful.nNeed to open things up so a shuttle can take us to the Vehicle like it used to benOr, have the Vehicles closer so us old men do not have to walk so far, especially in the rain.
I have called this auction for three days during their business hours. It rings for hours and hours then, it goes to a woman's voicemail. I guess they have too much business to answer basic questions.
Office employees are rude and you will always be guessing where to go or how to access.the lot. They make truck drivers walk a 1/4 mile uphill to get vehicles and when you get to the gate your not given much help or direction. If your lucky enough to be greeted it’s usually a security guard barking at you from a mini van.
