I have been very excited to have the Chive & Transparent Brewery open. This is my 3rd visit. From the beer to the food, it is a wonderful addition to South Kansas City. Lucky me, it is only a few minutes from downtown Grandview. I really enjoyed the Farrar Farm Pork Sloppy Joe. So yummy! From what I understand, it is becoming a crowd favorite. I know why, it is delish. Full of flavor on a fresh roll. I wasn't planning on returning until next week, but I may not be able to wait that long.
On our way to the Ozarks thus convenient. The beer was good, cold and the food was excellent. I highly recommend the mouse trap beer (if in season) and the Buffalo burger. Extra sauce with the chips is just indulgence ud83dudc4d
Had a wonderful time at Transparent brewery and The Chive! Our food was wonderful! Unique options and tasty flavors.
Tried every beer...every single one was excellent and had a beer for any pallet. Food was also prepared very well, great flavors and use of local ingredients. This will become my new preferred spot over Martin City Brewery.
Very, very good beer and friendly folks. I tried a few of the brews and all were excellent. I will try the food the next time I'm by there.
